Legal Assistant (Remote, Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between attorneys and clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Manage scheduling, filing, document organization, and other critical administrative workflows.
• Assist in trial preparation by organizing evidence, preparing case materials, and supporting attorneys as hearings approach.
• Conduct case law and legal research to strengthen case strategy.
• Maintain highly organized legal files, guaranteeing accuracy, accessibility, and deadline compliance.

Required profile

• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in legal support, legal assistant roles, or related professional legal services.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Bonus: familiarity with U.S. legal processes and legal software platforms.
