Immigration Paralegal – US Business Immigration (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Paralegal to support US business immigration matters for corporate clients and their foreign‑national employees. The role is fully remote and involves handling employment‑based visa and green‑card cases in a fast‑paced legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file non‑immigrant visa petitions such as H‑1B, L‑1, O‑1, TN, and E‑2/E‑3.
• Manage employment‑based immigrant visa processes, including PERM, EB‑1, EB‑2, and EB‑3 cases.
• Draft legal support letters, complete required forms, and assemble accurate petition packages.
• Communicate with corporate clients, foreign‑national employees, USCIS, and the Department of Labor.
• Track deadlines, ensure compliance with federal immigration regulations, and maintain complex case files.
• Coordinate with attorneys and internal teams to move cases efficiently through each stage.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in US business immigration law, focusing on corporate and employment‑based matters.
• Advanced or native‑level proficiency in English.
• Availability to work full‑time within Central Time business hours.
