Required profile

• Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of core HR processes.
• Proven ability to advise leaders and manage change.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Analytical mindset with a results‑orientation.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
