Healthcare Compliance Clerk

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Healthcare Compliance Clerk to ensure our processes and services comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves strong communication, data management, and process documentation skills.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily EVV dashboards to flag exceptions, missed punches, or out‑of‑range GPS alerts.
• Contact caregivers and field staff to resolve missed data points and document valid reason codes.
• Cross‑reference EVV system logs with caregiver timesheets to ensure 100% data alignment before payroll and billing extraction.
• Maintain clean, timestamped compliance records for audit readiness during state or Medicaid reviews.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English (professional level).
• Experience in healthcare compliance or home‑care EVV, with knowledge of EHR systems and HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a fast‑paced team.
