Case Manager - Healthcare (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Case Manager to ensure seamless service delivery for families, caregivers, and providers. The role involves coordinating visits, handling pre‑billing, and maintaining communication with US insurance companies.

Key responsibilities

• Daily review of previous day sessions and provide feedback to caregivers and patients.
• Manage weekly pre‑billing, ensuring caregiver visits are recorded and match insurance‑authorized hours.
• Maintain constant communication with US insurance companies and resolve issues during ongoing visits.
• Provide timely updates on case status, service authorizations, and workload.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong customer service skills for interacting with caregivers, patients, and insurers.
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
• Proactive, creative, and detail‑oriented mindset.

• Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets).

• Internal CRMs.
• Hubstaff (Web and Desktop apps, task management).
