About the role
Del Mar Health BPO is seeking a bilingual Medical Doctor (MD) to join its on‑site team in Managua. The role involves reviewing medical charts, summarising records and participating in virtual clinical activities to support our call‑center operations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough medical chart reviews using clinical knowledge.
- Provide concise summaries of medical records for internal use.
- Engage in virtual clinical activities and support urgent‑care workflows.
- Apply critical thinking and follow internal processes independently.
Required profile
- Bilingual English/Spanish with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Medical license (MD) – nurses (RN) and experienced non‑clinical personnel are also considered.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Experience in urgent‑care or primary‑care settings is a plus.
