Full-Cycle Recruiter – Temp & Temp-to-Hire Staffing (US Client, PST)

About the role

Valatam is looking for a proactive Full‑Cycle Recruiter to support a U.S. staffing agency. You will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for temporary and temp‑to‑hire positions, ensuring accurate ATS records and meeting key performance indicators while working on Pacific Standard Time.

Key responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates via job boards, social media, and databases.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Schedule interviews, prepare candidates, and follow up with clients.
• Support temporary and temp‑to‑hire staffing initiatives and monitor recruitment KPIs.
• Maintain complete and accurate ATS documentation for all recruitment activities.
• Leverage AI and recruitment technology to improve productivity.
• Assist with additional recruitment and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2) with strong written and spoken communication.
• 1–5 years of recruitment experience across various roles or industries.
• Proven candidate‑sourcing and outreach abilities.
• Experience meeting recruitment KPIs and performance targets.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, urgency, and accountability.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PST and adjust local schedule accordingly.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency, preferably TempWorks or similar staffing ATS.
• Use of AI tools and recruitment technology to streamline workflows.
