Events and Community Engagement Manager

About the role

Our client is seeking an Events and Community Engagement Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a diverse portfolio of sponsor‑funded webinars, virtual conferences, roundtables and community programs. The role combines event production, sponsor relationship management and audience growth to drive lead generation for the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from scheduling, speaker coordination, platform build, registration, promotion, day‑of execution to post‑event follow‑up.
• Manage sponsor relationships, including prospectus creation, tier construction, deliverable tracking and post‑event reporting.
• Design and optimise registration flows to maximise lead quality.
• Administer NASBA CPE compliance – attendance verification, evaluations, certificates and records retention.
• Maintain the event calendar, avoiding conflicts with travel and speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with marketing to hit registration targets and use feedback to propose new formats.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing complex B2B events across virtual, in‑person and hybrid formats.
• Proven sponsor management experience with delivery against paid commitments and reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for messaging and brand nuance.
• Availability to work during live events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoom Events or an equivalent webinar platform, including attendance data, certification tracking and registration design.
