Data Access Manager

About the role

Power Digital, an AI-native growth firm, is hiring a Data Access Manager to support prospective clients during its sales cycle. The role guides clients through the Access & Integration process so that all necessary data sources are connected to internal systems, acting as the link between the Revenue and Analyst teams during new business vetting. It is a remote position based in Nicaragua, and advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for prospects during the data access and integration phase of the sales cycle
• Partner with the Revenue and Analyst teams to coordinate platform access before and during marketing audits
• Manage prospective client onboarding environments
• Maintain and evolve the library of Access & Integration materials and keep internal documentation up to date as processes change
• Use AI technologies to improve Access & Integration processes and leverage the company's nova ecosystem

Required profile

• Experience guiding clients or customers through onboarding and running effective training sessions
• Background in solving customer issues, ideally in a technical or software context
• Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with prospects while explaining technical access requirements
• Advanced English

Required skills

• Analytics tools for customer data analysis and reporting
• Google Sheets for administrative tasks
• Plus: familiarity with access protocols for Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Shopify and similar platforms
• Plus: familiarity with marketing and financial KPIs
