Paid Social Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Paid Social Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. You will own the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns on Meta, driving traffic to over 300 retail locations and our e‑commerce site.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise Meta campaigns, including Advantage+ Sales & Leads and manual structures.
• Manage daily execution: setup, budget pacing, bid strategy, performance analysis and ongoing optimisation.
• Develop audience strategies – prospecting, lookalike/custom audiences and exclusion management.
• Monitor pixel, Conversions API and event health, collaborating with dev and analytics to resolve gaps.
• Brief creative teams using performance data, run structured creative tests and identify creative fatigue.
• Report KPIs daily, weekly and monthly, translating attribution differences between Meta, GA4 and backend data into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid social (Meta required) and paid search campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑channel budgets and report cross‑channel performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced English proficiency and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
