About the role

This temporary position is focused on coordinating and administering HR programs, policies, and procedures while serving as the primary expert for the Workday HRIS platform. The role will lead training initiatives, provide ongoing support to internal users, and ensure effective adoption of Workday across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training and continuous assistance to employees on Workday usage.
• Act as the main point of contact for questions related to Workday processes and transactions.
• Design and adapt training sessions for users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
• Monitor HR processes to guarantee correct use of the platform.
• Identify and propose improvements to HR workflows linked to Workday.
• Coordinate refresher sessions on system functionalities and processes.
• Provide functional support to internal users, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Maintain regular communication with leaders and teams to promote proper system adoption.
• Support change‑management and technology‑adaptation initiatives.
• Serve as the functional Workday specialist, promoting best practices and efficient usage.

Required profile

• Solid and advanced knowledge of the Workday HRIS platform.
• Experience coordinating HR programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to lead departmental development, labor relations, training, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and recruitment activities.
• Strong communication skills to interact with leaders, teams, and end‑users.
• Proactive attitude toward identifying process improvements and supporting technological change.
