Cold Sales Agent – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a confident Cold Sales Agent to join our remote call‑center team and generate new business through outbound cold calling. You will work under a Team Leader, following scripts and escalating complex issues when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers to generate new business.
• Present our products/services persuasively, highlighting benefits and value.
• Handle objections professionally, turning hesitation into interest.
• Follow call scripts and protocols set by the Team Leader.
• Log and document every call accurately in the CRM/dialer.
• Escalate complex issues to the Team Leader when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or call‑center roles.
• Confident, persuasive communication style with strong resilience.
• English proficiency B2+ and Spanish C1 or native.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM/dialer systems.
