Bilingual Recruiter – US Staffing Agency (Remote, PST Hours)

About the role

Valatam is looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Bilingual Recruiter to support one of its U.S. staffing‑agency clients. The role is fully remote and follows Pacific Standard Time (8 am‑5 pm PST), allowing you to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary and temp‑to‑hire placements.

Key responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates via job boards, social media, databases and other channels.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Schedule interviews, prepare candidates for client meetings and follow up on all steps.
• Keep the ATS updated with accurate records of interactions and recruitment activities.
• Support temporary and temp‑to‑hire staffing initiatives and monitor recruitment KPIs (calls, submissions, placements, turnover).
• Communicate professionally with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Leverage AI and recruitment technology to improve productivity and workflows.
• Assist with additional recruitment and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2) with strong written and spoken communication.
• 1–5 years of recruitment experience across various roles or industries.
• Proven candidate‑sourcing and outreach abilities.
• Experience meeting recruitment KPIs and performance targets.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and accountability.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm PST and adapt to the corresponding local schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., TempWorks or similar staffing ATS).
• Experience using AI‑driven recruitment tools.
