Bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist (Remote – LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join one of our largest U.S. personal injury law firm clients. Working remotely from LATAM, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing compassionate support and guiding them through the initial intake process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective clients.
• Conduct personal injury intake interviews in English and Spanish.
• Gather, document, and verify case information.
• Schedule attorney consultations.
• Maintain accurate records in the firm’s CRM system.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the intake process.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of intake experience with a U.S. law firm.
• Specific experience in personal injury intake.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer‑service abilities.
• Familiarity with legal CRM platforms is a plus.
