Appointment Setter - Grant Consulting (Remote LATAM)

About the role

A U.S.-based consulting firm, specializing in grant compliance and data administration for school districts, local governments and nonprofits, is hiring an experienced Appointment Setter through its partner Arvenda. You will take full ownership of outbound prospecting, targeting organizations that have recently secured or applied for grants, generating interest and booking high-value meetings for the consulting team. The position is 100% remote, paid $1,100 USD per month with no commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute targeted cold outreach by phone and marketing emails to qualified educational and government organizations.
• Qualify leads and build genuine interest in the firm's grant compliance and data administration services.
• Secure and schedule appointments directly on the client's calendar.
• Log pipeline activity, lead statuses and outreach metrics in Zoho (or a similar CRM).
• Maintain a consistent daily outreach rhythm with minimal direct supervision.

Required profile

• Proven, day-one readiness in B2B cold outreach, lead qualification and appointment setting (strictly required).
• C1/C2 English with a highly neutral, US-sounding accent, as you will speak directly with U.S. government entities and educational institutions.
• Experience managing pipelines and logging daily activity in Zoho or a similar CRM.

What we offer

• Fixed monthly salary of $1,100 USD, non-negotiable and without commissions.
• Full-time hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.
• Independent contractor arrangement, no PTO, and the need for your own device and equipment.
