Appointment Setter - Grant Consulting (Remote)

About the role

A consulting firm that helps school districts, nonprofits, local governments and colleges with grant compliance and data administration is looking for an experienced Appointment Setter. The consultant owns the outbound side: targeting organizations that recently won grants or are applying for them, sparking their interest and booking meetings. The position is 100% remote, full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST, with a fixed salary of $1,100 USD per month and no commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Run cold outreach to qualified organizations by phone and marketing email.
• Qualify leads and build interest in the client's grant compliance and data administration services.
• Set appointments directly on the client's calendar.
• Update lead statuses and activity in Zoho (or a similar CRM).
• Maintain a consistent daily outreach rhythm with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B cold outreach, appointment setting and lead qualification, ready to perform from day one.
• C1/C2 English with a highly neutral, US-sounding accent, since candidates speak directly with U.S. clients.
• Available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.
• Basic CRM management; self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
