Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries by phone, email or chat professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve complaints by identifying the issue, finding solutions and following up until the customer is satisfied.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues.
• Provide detailed product or service information so customers can make informed decisions.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A proactive and positive approach to handling customer needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

What we offer

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
