About the role

Yazaki, a global leader in automotive power and data solutions, is seeking a Team Leader for Quality Control and Inspection. The role focuses on early‑stage process preparation through detailed failure‑mode analysis and the development of robust control plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the AMEF (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and Control Plan preparation for new processes.
• Conduct DFMEA studies, incorporating client‑provided SCAFF data.
• Define the applicability of ODCs based on critical characteristic matrices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout product development.
