Team Leader, QC/Inspection

About the role

Yazaki is seeking a proactive Team Leader for Quality Control and Inspection to drive continuous improvement in its automotive manufacturing processes. The role focuses on generating accurate reports, reviewing process documentation, and ensuring quality targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Generate reports and graphical data to monitor quality performance.
• Review and validate all documents applicable to the production process.
• Achieve and maintain PPM (Parts Per Million) and S/DPM (Defects Per Million) goals.
• Participate actively in quality system improvement initiatives.
• Lead and deliver Kaizen projects.
• Engage in quality control circles and collaborative problem‑solving sessions.
• Analyze and report on the most critical defects in the process.
• Update and modify work instructions whenever process changes occur.
