Team Leader, Production

About the role

The Team Leader, Production is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing activities, ensuring safety, quality, and performance targets are met. This position works closely with the Production Manager, quality teams and customer service to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyze training and development needs of employees.
• Ensure compliance with area performance indicators and quality systems.
• Maintain daily production reports and hourly production boards.
• Guarantee that all personnel use required personal protective equipment.
• Monitor attendance using the LET system and generate corrective actions for non‑compliance.
• Meet customer requirements and uphold company quality standards.
