Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruiter for Academic & Leadership Roles

About the role

Keiser University Latin American Campus is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, screen, and hire qualified professionals for academic, administrative, and leadership positions. The role requires strong communication in both English and Spanish and the ability to build a robust talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Conduct candidate searches, screenings, and interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Coordinate recruitment processes with hiring managers.
• Perform employment and reference verifications.
• Support recruitment strategies, job fairs, and networking activities.
• Track recruitment activities and results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and results‑oriented.
