Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at Keiser University’s Latin American Campus. The role focuses on strengthening employee development, recruitment, compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations and ensure timely follow‑up on all HR processes.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding and employee integration.
• Support employee relations, performance management and professional development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records, documentation and HR reports.
• Assist payroll, attendance, leave, benefits and other personnel administration.
• Advise supervisors and staff on HR policies, procedures and workplace matters.
• Support workplace health & safety initiatives and compliance requirements.
• Develop HR metrics and reports to aid management decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration and labor compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict‑resolution and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HRIS, HR analytics and digital HR tools.
