Senior Recruiter – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead staffing initiatives for BairesDev’s global clientele. This remote position involves managing full‑cycle recruitment processes and collaborating with multiple internal teams to deliver top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for the company’s openings.
• Gather and verify profile information for required positions.
• Partner with the recruiting department to identify suitable candidates.
• Present candidates to clients and leads.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover farming opportunities across accounts.
• Suggest improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability, extreme attention to detail, and effective prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Degree in Business, Systems, HR or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing or project management.
• Advanced level of English.

Required skills

• Full‑cycle recruitment experience (minimum 2 years preferred).
