Sales Representative (Closer) – Healthcare

About the role

Arvenda is seeking two high‑performance Sales Closers to join a U.S.‑based healthcare company that delivers virtual clinic implementations and pharmacy product sales. You will work exclusively with warm inbound leads, closing high‑ticket deals ranging from $5,000 to $10,000.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 100% warm inbound leads – no cold calling required.
• Conduct follow‑up calls with pre‑qualified prospects to close virtual clinic implementation deals.
• Explain sensitive medical and business information clearly and build immediate trust.
• Manage a fast‑paced pipeline to ensure leads convert before competitors intervene.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and pipeline status in the CRM.

Required profile

• Advanced English (C1/C2) with a neutral accent – non‑negotiable.
• 2–3 years of proven B2B or B2C sales, closing, or account‑management experience.
• Highly articulate with a consultative, trust‑first sales approach.
• Comfortable discussing sensitive healthcare topics and high‑ticket investments over the phone.
• Strong ability to build rapport quickly and guide prospects to a decision.
• Organized and disciplined in pipeline management.
• Available Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST.
