Sales Associate / Demo Setter (Bilingual Spanish-English)

About the role

A home-based Sales Associate / Demo Setter is needed to connect potential clients with the company's solutions. The role involves scheduling demos through outbound contact, qualifying leads and working with the sales team, and requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach to schedule demos with potential clients.
• Qualify leads and make sure they meet the criteria for the products or services.
• Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships.
• Work closely with the sales team to optimize the demo-setting process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or appointment setting preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Availability to work during US business hours.
• A reliable laptop or desktop (8 GB RAM, Core i5 or above) and a stable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps).
