Reservation Planning Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organized, client‑focused Reservation Planning Coordinator to research options, coordinate reservations, and manage details throughout the planning process. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, enjoys helping others, and can keep multiple requests organized while providing professional and timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services
• Assist with planning and coordinating reservations, reviewing availability and details
• Provide confirmations, updates, and relevant information
• Handle modifications and special requests
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records
• Follow up on pending requests and outstanding information
• Coordinate with service providers when necessary
