Remote Resident Relations & Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and charismatic Remote Resident Relations & Operations Coordinator to support daily property management operations. The role blends resident and customer service, turnover coordination, inspection scheduling, owner communication, and administrative support, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and communication stays consistent.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, assist residents, owners, vendors, and internal team members, and document all interactions in company systems.
• Coordinate property turnovers, schedule inspections, cleaning, repairs, and track progress to meet occupancy deadlines.
• Schedule and manage annual property inspections, communicate dates and requirements, and follow up on inspection reports.
• Support owner communications by providing updates, obtaining approvals, and maintaining positive relationships.
• Maintain accurate records, assist with document management, and help implement standard operating procedures.
• Track projects, monitor deadlines, provide updates in team meetings, and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, administrative coordination, operations, or property management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Highly energetic, outgoing personality with a natural ability to engage in conversation.
• Strong follow‑up, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Comfortable handling calls, coordinating schedules, and working independently while collaborating with a team.
