Process Design Assistant

About the role

ProfitCoach seeks a Process Design Assistant to deliver the ProfitCoach Experience by designing, implementing, monitoring, and improving property management processes for multiple clients. This fully remote, full‑time role starts immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design processes for core property management operations, sales, new services, and client‑specific needs, then implement and test them in workflow automation software.
• Analyze and optimize existing processes for efficiency, delegation, timelines, and automation opportunities.
• Own process documentation, create and maintain SOPs, and produce visual diagrams using tools like LucidChart.
• Ensure quality assurance by aligning processes with PM Ops Standards and industry best practices.
• Champion continuous improvement and stay current on emerging tools within the PM tech stack.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams.
• Self‑motivated, coachable, and growth‑mindset oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with workflow design and no‑code automation tools (e.g., Zapier).
• Experience with LeadSimple, Aptly, and Appfolio (preferred).
• Ability to create visual process diagrams using LucidChart.
• Comfort exploring AI tools and emerging PM technologies.
