Remote Property Management Operations Integrator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Integrator to translate the owner’s vision into actionable plans, improve team communication, and ensure consistent execution across our remote property management business.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the owner to clarify business objectives and develop actionable plans with milestones, deadlines, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead high‑impact projects, coordinate competing priorities, identify roadblocks early, and communicate risks or changes.
• Establish communication routines, set clear expectations, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and improve existing workflows, develop and maintain SOPs, and standardize processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Define and monitor KPIs, review performance trends, and provide concise reporting to leadership.
• Make independent operational decisions within authority, escalating only high‑risk issues.
• Utilize AppFolio as the primary platform and leverage technology/AI tools to boost productivity while ensuring accuracy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in both operations management and property management.
• Strong independent judgment, problem‑solving ability, and cost‑conscious decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues.
• Self‑starter who can prioritize effectively and work with limited supervision.

Required skills

• AppFolio property management platform.
• Use of technology and AI‑assisted tools for workflow automation and information summarization.
