Property Manager – Mandarin/Vietnamese Virtual Assistant

About the role

CS Outsource is seeking bilingual Virtual Assistants fluent in Mandarin or Vietnamese to support its property management operations remotely. You will act as a liaison between residents, vendors, and the property management team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with residents and tenants in Mandarin or Vietnamese and English.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Follow up on maintenance requests, work orders, and documentation.
• Assist with resident and property‑related inquiries.
• Update and maintain accurate property and resident records in Buildium.
• Perform administrative and data‑entry tasks, tracking follow‑ups and outstanding requests.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin or Vietnamese with strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related administrative role.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Buildium (property management software) experience preferred.
