Virtual Assistant & Channel Manager for Short‑Term Rentals

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant and Channel Manager to support the online presence of short‑term rental properties. In this remote, full‑time position you will handle guest communications, keep listings up‑to‑date across multiple platforms, and ensure a smooth booking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and messages.
• Manage property listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and other booking platforms.
• Synchronize calendars and availability across all channels.
• Process booking requests and send confirmations.
• Coordinate guest check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Address guest issues and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate property information online.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
• Experience with channel management for short‑term rentals.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, proactive and reliable.

Required skills

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Communication tools such as Slack and Zoom.
• Channel management software: Hospitable, Turno, Pricelabs, Turbo Tenant.
• Familiarity with short‑term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo).

What we offer

• Full‑time remote work with a Monday‑Friday schedule (10 AM‑2 PM CST).
