Procurement Manager (SaaS & Vendor Management)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Procurement Manager to lead end‑to‑end procurement operations for a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency company. The role focuses on SaaS vendor management, contract lifecycle, and cost optimisation, working remotely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full procurement lifecycle – sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, contracting and renewals.
• Manage and optimise the SaaS portfolio, eliminating redundancies and consolidating vendors.
• Lead vendor negotiations to secure favourable pricing, terms and SLAs.
• Build and maintain procurement workflows and approval processes in NetSuite.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Legal and department heads to forecast spend and align purchasing needs.
• Track and report procurement KPIs such as cost savings, cycle time and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements specific to fintech and crypto.
• Maintain accurate vendor and contract records, including renewal timelines.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Legal on contract review and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of procurement, vendor management or sourcing experience with proven cost‑saving results.
• Demonstrated experience managing SaaS vendor relationships and contracts.
• Hands‑on experience with NetSuite procurement/purchasing modules.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to protect commercial interests.
