Accounts Receivable / Billing & Collections Customer Service Rep (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused professional to join our long‑established restoration services organization. The role is fully remote, aligned with Central Standard Time, and involves managing invoicing, collections, and customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Create and send 35–40 invoices weekly while ensuring accuracy of job information.
• Monitor outstanding invoices, process incoming payments, and conduct follow‑ups on unpaid balances.
• Make outbound collection calls and investigate billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate billing and collection records across multiple software platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in daily 8:00 AM huddles.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (required).
• Experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, or related administrative functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a professional, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a remote environment.
