About the role

The Senior Financial Advisor will provide comprehensive financial planning and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of individual and business clients in Managua. Working full‑time, the role involves developing tailored strategies that align with clients’ goals, risk tolerance and long‑term stability.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their financial objectives and risk profile.
• Analyse financial data, assets and liabilities to create personalized financial plans.
• Recommend appropriate financial products and services, including investment, insurance and retirement solutions.
• Monitor client portfolios, adjust strategies as market conditions change, and maintain ongoing communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes and new product offerings.
• Contribute to business development through client relationship management and referrals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior advisory or wealth management roles, serving diverse client profiles.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
• Ability to work on‑site or remotely in Managua and collaborate effectively within a team‑oriented environment.
