About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in client service within a financial services environment. You will support customers through various communication channels, learn about the company’s products, and develop practical problem‑solving skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in‑person, by phone and in writing, providing information on products, services and current offers.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions from the company’s portfolio.
• Resolve routine client inquiries and escalations, consulting with senior staff when necessary.
• Support the client‑service process while adhering to confidentiality and data‑protection regulations.
• Collect frequently asked questions, report observed issues to supervisors, and help improve service standards.
• Learn the company’s product range, service procedures and internal communication tools.

Required profile

• Student in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or Communication (minimum 2nd year of bachelor studies).
• High sense of responsibility, accuracy and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication skills, stress resistance and willingness to interact with customers.
• Good command of Latvian; knowledge of English is desirable.
• Good computer literacy.
