Remote Customer Service Representative (GOS)

About the role

Geeks on Site offers nationwide computer repair and technology support for homes and businesses, delivered remotely and on-site. This is a full-time, work-from-home position handling a high volume of customer calls, giving product and service information, following instructions and procedures, resolving complaints and keeping customer relationships through active listening and problem solving.

Key responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls professionally and friendily.
• Listen actively, identify customer needs and give accurate information or solutions.
• Follow call scripts and company guidelines for consistent service quality.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the right team when needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized call logs in the system.
• Multitask while using several systems and tools.

Required profile

• B2 English level and excellent verbal communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Schedule flexibility to work 6 days a week during operating hours (7am - 12am EST).
• Police record from country of residence and a copy of ID.
• Customer representative experience preferred but not required.

Required skills

• Computer literacy and experience with CRM systems.
• Equipment: Windows 10/11 PC or laptop (Mac not supported), USB headset with noise-canceling mic, wired Ethernet connection, at least 50 Mbps internet.

What we offer

• Pay of USD 400 - 600 per month depending on experience and location.
