Personal Injury Case Manager – Demand Stage (Remote LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager with a strong focus on the demand stage. You will work remotely with U.S.-based law firms, handling cases from treatment coordination through demand package submission and negotiation follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client medical appointments, monitor treatment progress, and track Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI).
• Request, track, and follow up on medical records and billing from all treating providers.
• Compile complete demand packages—including medical records, bills, and wage‑loss documentation—and draft demand letters for attorney review.
• Submit demands to insurance carriers, monitor response deadlines, and proactively follow up with adjusters.
• Advise clients on case status, set expectations for timelines, and guide them through the negotiation phase.
• Maintain accurate case notes in the CRM, monitor critical deadlines (including statutes of limitations), and track lien resolutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager, specifically in the demand stage.
• Hands‑on experience compiling demand packages, drafting demands, and submitting them to carriers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for negotiating with adjusters and guiding U.S. clients.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate medical treatment and aggressively track medical records and billing.
• Empathetic, client‑focused approach with strong organizational skills to manage a high‑volume caseload and strict legal deadlines.
