About the role

Yazaki, a global leader in automotive power and data solutions, is seeking a Production Operator for its facility in Nicaragua. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to work on the manufacturing floor, learning to operate equipment that supports the automotive industry.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines after receiving proper training.
• Perform production tasks following written instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to quality‑management system procedures and company regulations.
• Support the production plan in coordination with the supervisor.

Required profile

• Be of legal age.
• Responsible attitude with a willingness to learn.
• No prior experience required.
• Provide required documentation: tax identification, birth certificate, CURP, proof of address, education proof, social security number, and voter ID.

Required skills

• Basic machine operation.
