Jefe de País – Nicaragua

About the role

The Company is seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead its operations in Nicaragua. This senior position will be responsible for driving commercial growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and strengthening relationships with customers, strategic partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all company activities in Nicaragua, including operations, finance and administration.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase market share and enhance brand positioning.
• Monitor sales targets, profitability and operational performance against set goals.
• Maintain and expand strategic relationships with clients, suppliers and business partners.
• Oversee administrative, financial and operational processes to guarantee efficiency and control.
• Prepare regular performance reports and track key indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience managing country‑level operations or leading key functions such as operations, commercial and administration, preferably in an agro‑industrial environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and monitor performance metrics.
• Strong knowledge of business development and commercial management.
• Capacity to coordinate multiple operational and administrative areas.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
