Guest Services Coordinator

About the role

S&T Properties, a full‑service vacation‑rental management company, is looking for a remote Guest Services Coordinator based in Nicaragua. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless stay experience across our Canadian property portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest communications through phone, email, and booking platforms.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and coordinate with cleaning staff and contractors.
• Report and follow up on maintenance requests.
• Escalate cases on booking platforms and liaise with case managers.
• Order supplies, update the property management database, and list new properties on booking sites.
• Run performance reports on reviews, occupancy, and other metrics.
• Assist with project‑management tasks for new property launches.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and spoken English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle stressful situations.
• Problem‑solving mindset and capacity to learn new technology quickly.
• Positive attitude and willingness to continuously improve.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
