About the role

The B2B Sales Specialist will manage the full sales cycle for cranes, concrete equipment, and mining machinery at Zoomlion Heavy Industry. Working remotely with occasional onsite sessions in Managua, the role involves prospecting, presenting technical and commercial offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and conduct on‑site and virtual client visits.
• Prepare technical and economic proposals, negotiate commercial conditions, and close deals.
• Coordinate equipment demonstrations at the CEDI in Panama or Guatemala.
• Participate in industry fairs and events to promote the product portfolio.
• Maintain daily sales reports and closely follow key accounts to foster loyalty.
• Collaborate with technical service, international logistics, finance, and after‑sales teams to guarantee proper delivery, installation, and commissioning.

Required profile

• Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork abilities.
• Proven B2B sales experience in industrial metal‑mechanics, crane services, construction, aggregate production, metallic mining, or pre‑mixed concrete.
• Familiarity with tender processes, commercial proposal preparation, and CRM tools.
• Preferably educated in Administration, Engineering, Commerce or related fields.
• Fluent English and proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites and reside in Managua, Estelí, Chinandega, León, the mining triangle, or Chontales.
• Own car, mobile phone, and laptop; self‑managed and results‑oriented.
