About the role

We are looking for a motivated Industrial Sales Advisor to represent our line of high‑performance industrial compressors in the northern region of Nicaragua. The role focuses on B2B technical sales, providing tailored solutions to manufacturing and other industrial companies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical solutions and specialized advice to industrial clients.
• Visit existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Promote and sell high‑performance industrial compressors.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s sustained growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B technical sales or industrial equipment advisory.
• Technical‑commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills for corporate clients.
• Willingness to reside in or travel within Estelí, Sébaco, or Matagalpa.
