About the role

The Car Sales Representative will generate leads, understand customer needs and guide them through the entire purchasing journey. This full‑time, onsite position is based in Esteli and focuses on delivering a transparent, customer‑centric buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify sales leads for new and used vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Present financing options and close sales agreements.
• Provide post‑sale follow‑up and maintain accurate client records.
• Coordinate with the administration and workshop teams to ensure proper vehicle delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; technical or higher education in commerce, marketing or administration is a plus.
• Strong orientation toward meeting sales targets and excellent time‑management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly about new vehicle models and automotive technologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
