Director of Graduate Programs

About the role

Keiser University Latin American Campus is seeking a dynamic Director of Graduate Programs to lead the strategic development, promotion, and growth of graduate and executive education across Nicaragua and the Central American region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to promote MBA, CML, and Professional Diploma programs in regional markets.
• Identify business opportunities, negotiate corporate agreements, and establish strategic partnerships to increase enrollment.
• Lead recruitment initiatives, supervise the graduate admissions team, and ensure enrollment targets are met.
• Organize corporate presentations, networking events, and information sessions.
• Analyze market trends, monitor performance KPIs, and prepare reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, strategic partnerships, or admissions management.
• Proven track record of developing corporate relationships and achieving growth objectives.
• Strong knowledge of Nicaraguan and Central American corporate markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
