Elementary School Coordinator

About the role

St. Mary School is looking for a bilingual Elementary School Coordinator to lead and support its teaching team. The role focuses on supervising teachers, monitoring academic processes, and fostering communication with families.

Key responsibilities

• Support and develop the teaching team through observation, feedback, and professional development.
• Monitor student learning outcomes, analyze academic results, and guide instructional improvements.
• Maintain effective communication with teachers, students, and families, and resolve conflicts as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; Master’s degree in Education or Educational Management preferred.
• Minimum six years of teaching experience, preferably at the elementary level, with experience in academic coordination or supervision.
• Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency in educational technology and responsible use of artificial intelligence tools.
• Strong organizational, planning, and follow‑up abilities.
