Digital Marketing Project Manager (B2B)

About the role

Power Digital is an AI-native growth firm that helps brands grow through strategy, execution and measurement. The Digital Marketing Project Manager is a client-facing role reporting to the Client Experience team and supported by the Project Management Office. It acts as the communications and coordination hub between the account team and the client, managing multiple concurrent accounts, service lines and multi-disciplinary teams to meet clients' marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent accounts, service lines, deliverables and cross-functional team members using web-based project management software (Asana) and various communication channels
• Create and execute deliverable plans, revising them as needs change
• Oversee scope, risk, schedule, quality and stakeholder communication
• Support account calls with detailed recaps, action items and follow-up
• Evaluate new work requests, assign responsibilities and schedule action items
• Provide regular progress reports to internal teams and clients
• Conduct risk management and escalate issues within the account team
• Identify improvements in internal and external processes

Required profile

• At least three years of experience leading projects and supporting client deliverables in a digital marketing agency
• Bachelor's degree required
• Advanced spoken and written English
• Familiarity with digital marketing topics such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, display, feeds, paid social and analytics
• Able to thrive in fast-paced environments, handle conflict and direct teams under pressure

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with Asana as a work management platform
• CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP or equivalent preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation and time-management skills
