PPC Specialist (Google Ads)

About the role

A remote, hands-on PPC Specialist is sought to support campaign execution and optimization across Google Ads accounts. The role covers building campaigns, managing search terms, implementing negatives and supporting ongoing performance improvements. It is open to candidates in Latin America, Eastern Europe and the Philippines, working Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM CT, with a stated salary of $1,800-$2,800 per month depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch search, display and performance campaigns, including keyword targeting and match types, and upload and manage ad creatives and extensions
• Optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, budgets and targeting, and monitor pacing and trends to improve CTR, CPC and conversions
• Analyze search terms regularly, identify irrelevant traffic, add negative keywords and maintain clean, scalable keyword structures
• Support performance reporting and analysis, flag performance changes and anomalies, and collaborate with senior team members on insights

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
• Strong understanding of campaign structure and optimization
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong English, written and spoken
• Nice to have: experience with Performance Max and YouTube campaigns, GA4 and conversion tracking, call tracking platforms, other paid channels (Meta, LinkedIn), US clients, and reporting dashboards
