Customer Service Specialist – Remote (Law Firm Support)

About the role

This full‑time remote position supports law‑firm clients by handling inbound calls, emails and general inquiries. You will work closely with the legal team to provide accurate, timely information to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails.
• Collect proper information and documentation, keep records of interactions, process accounts and file documents.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure accurate information is delivered.
• Build sustainable relationships through open communication.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Meet personal/team targets and call‑handling quotas.

Required profile

• Strong customer support, satisfaction and phone etiquette skills.
• Experience in customer experience and excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently in a remote environment.
• Availability Monday‑Friday and Saturdays until noon.
• Professional remote work area with little background noise, stable internet, a second monitor and UPS power backup.
• Legal‑services experience is a plus.
