Client Operations Specialist (EdgeOS) - 100% Remote

About the role

This is a full-time, 100% remote Client Operations Specialist role based in LATAM, working U.S. business hours Monday to Friday. You will help busy business owners in roofing, restoration and construction build and run an operational "OS" for their business: workflow engines, company playbooks, scorecards, dashboards, meeting rhythms and internal memo systems. The company provides full training in its EdgeOS system and in estimating and claims skills for the insurance/roofing/restoration niche.

Key responsibilities

• Own the EdgeOS rollout for each client, keeping them on track with milestones and deliverables.
• Manage executive calendars and key meetings so leaders stay on the right priorities.
• Build and maintain scorecards, dashboards, playbooks and memo systems, and drive their adoption.
• Track progress, follow up on action items and hold people accountable to the plan.
• Solve day-to-day blockers with clients and the team so work keeps moving.
• Communicate directly with clients to clarify expectations, gather information and keep momentum.

Required profile

• Advanced English (C1+), with clear, confident written and verbal communication.
• A proactive, organized, ownership-driven personality; this matters more than the resume.
• Natural problem-solver who thinks in systems and stays composed under pressure.
• Ability to hold the line with a busy business owner warmly and professionally.
• Reliability and a genuine interest in growing long-term, not a short-term gig.

Required skills

• Experience in operations, project management or executive support is a plus.
• Any exposure to process design or playbooks is a plus.
