Bilingual Medical & Dental Receptionist/Admin (English & Spanish)

About the role

Vital Virtuals is hiring a reliable, compassionate and highly organized bilingual healthcare professional to support a growing behavioral health practice. The position is fully remote and covers answering patient calls, scheduling, insurance checks and administrative work in English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Answer patient calls in English and Spanish
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Verify insurance and update patient information
• Manage referrals, faxes and medical records
• Respond to patient inquiries professionally
• Coordinate with providers and clinical staff
• Perform administrative and data-entry tasks
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Required profile

• Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written
• Experience as a medical receptionist, medical VA or in healthcare administration preferred
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Willingness to use Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop

Technical requirements

• Intel Core i5 (8th Gen+) / AMD Ryzen 5 or equivalent, 8 GB RAM minimum (16 GB recommended)
• 256 GB SSD minimum; Windows 10/11 Pro or macOS 12+
• HD webcam and noise-canceling headset
• 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload, stable fiber internet; backup connection preferred

What we offer

• $6.00 per hour for the first 90 days, $7.00 per hour thereafter
• Biweekly payment via PayPal or Payoneer (verified account required)
